Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 days.

Shipping orders will only be processed Mon-Sat. Orders will not be processed on U.S. holidays. We are still a small business so if we are experiencing high volume of orders we might have delays and will notify via email.

Damages

La Culturá is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
